The CEMS flue gas emission continuous monitoring system combines advanced online analysis technology from around the world with the standards of China's environmental monitoring industry. It consists of four basic components: the particulate matter monitoring subsystem, the gaseous pollutant monitoring subsystem, the flue gas parameter monitoring subsystem, and the system control and data acquisition processing subsystem. It can continuously monitor the concentration of particulate matter, SO₂ concentration, NOx concentration, O₂ content, flue gas temperature, pressure, flow rate, and humidity. Additionally, it can incorporate the monitoring of parameters such as CO, CO₂, HCl, HF, NH₃, and hydrocarbons, and generate graphs, curves, and environmental protection reports through the data acquisition processing system, allowing data to be uploaded to various levels of environmental protection departments.mm

Features of continuous emission monitoring

★ The product meets the new standard of "HJ76-2017," with all indicators measured under high-temperature conditions or in a dewatered state (dilution method and condensation method), to avoid the absorption of SO2 by condensed water, which could lead to lower measurement results.
★ Standard 19" cabinet, with a simple system structure, high reliability, equipped with alarm function, built-in installation bracket, easy to operate and maintain.
★ The manual and automatic calibration functions enable automatic full calibration, with core independent research and development. The platform components are designed to be dustproof and low-temperature resistant, facilitating maintenance with multiple options.
★ The dilution probe or high-temperature probe that utilizes patented technology effectively prevents flow path blockage.
